You’ve probably never seen anything like it. This was my 8th balloon twisting convention and even I was floored by the costume and dress competitions here at Twist and Shout Dallas. Many of these pieces of art took hours on end to create. One artist spent two days with barely any sleep. It is truly amazing what a person can create with a big imagination and tons of hard work and patience.
