I think our democracy needs more shelters and more volunteers for soup kitchens. We need these because every day more and more people are heading out of their shelters or homes. Some due to money or illegal problems. When I was younger every second Tuesday of each month my family and our family friends would go serve lasagna at our local soup kitchen.
